I vote for subsidized housing. Snowmass has over 800 units for a town of 2000 and another large project already approved.

I’d just go to Aspen. It’s going off and depending on your gateway, it’s faster than LCC.
Way more girls and entertainment, if that’s important. Not that there’s anything wrong, if it’s not.
